I am writing this letter to recommend DreamPowerTherapy as an excellent therapy for people who need to improve their social skills. My son Chris came home from the army suffering from severe social avoidance issues as well as some depression. By going to Dream Power he has learned new skills and developed an ability to relate to others. He has learned ho to care for and ride a horse. His sense of accomplishment is terrific and is easy to see. His depression has lessened noticeably. I have seen some of the first genuine smiles on his face as he is galloping past me on a horse.
The therapy, while gentle, is quite effective. I recommend it for anyone looking to get past their social anxiety issues.

You will never know the impact you have had on our family. Our experience at Dream Power will forever change who we are, more importantly who our son will become. Your program is really helping to bring David into this confident little boy. You have rejuvenated me as a parent. God brings people & experiences into our lives for a reason. You may not know it buy you are rescuing more than just your students with this program. Corey & I look forward to continue our work with you. This is a personal recommendation for Gina Little. I have known Gina for the last 4 years personal and professionally. My Son (Ryan) has Down syndrome and Gina have been supporting him as one of his physical therapists (Horse Riding Therapy) over the last 4 years showing incredible results. Thanks to the Gina human skills and great dedication to help people with special needs She has become an very important part of my family live. Offering my Son a great opportunity measurable growth and develop new abilities that well complement other therapy that he is currently receiving. During this time I have found Gina to be an honest and trustworthy person. I have trusted her to support my six year old son Ryan and give my nine year old Daughter horse riding lessons.

It is my belief that Dream Power Therapy can be an asset to people with disabilities.  I know that volunteering there has helped me personally to overcome some of the social avoidance and anxiety issues I had after being discharged from the army, and the farm has made me more of a people person.  I found trail riding with others to be fun and rewarding.
Volunteering at the farm has also been a great learning experience for me.  I went from knowing almost nothing about horses to being able to feed, groom, and saddle a horse, and I now know some of the various breeds of horse and pony.
I feel that my communication skills have improved since I started volunteering on the farm.  I think that cooperating with the other volunteers to do the daily chores requires teamwork, diligence and patience.
But I have also seen first hand the effect the horses have on others.  Dream Power Therapy’s clients seem to feel at ease while on a horse, and I believe that therapeutic riding can be an effective means of treating certain disorders.

The very wise Winston Churchill once said, “We make a living by what we do, but we make a life by what we give.” Dream Power C.E.O. Gina Little has dedicated her life to giving and inspiring others to do the same. I was introduced to Dream Power by Kennesaw State University as a volunteer about four years ago, and when my course credit time was up, I never left. I was blown away by the love and devotion Ms. Gina showed to both her clients and her horses, treating every person and creature under her care like family while maintaining high standards of professionalism. She leads by example and it motivates us in the care and pride that we volunteers show in our work. I fell in love with the barn, the families who frequent it, and with every aspect of Dream Power. The experience of working at Dream Power and with Ms. Gina provided me with a sense of belonging, confidence, and safety like I’ve never felt before, and I am thrilled to be able to share that with others as she has shared it with me. I wish I could better express how much Dream Power means to me, and how amazing it is, but words can only describe so much. Ms. Gina and her children are family to me, I love them all deeply, and I honestly don’t know where I would be without them and this wonderful organization. P.S. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention my big, sweet, chestnut boyfriend: Grandy, you changed my life on earth, and you’ll be in my heart as an angel always.

Dream power was an excellent place for our daughter! Gina helped her so much with horse therapy and GVRA job training skills. Our daughter was there for over year and has grown so much mentally and is more physically active today. I believe the hard work that Gina taught her will help her in her future. I would recommend Dream Power for anyone who is struggling mentally and and who has special needs with disabilities of all sorts. Gina is a good hearted woman, she came into our lives by the grace of God. We are full of gratitude for her. Again we say thank you to Gina and God bless you for your future!

I have known Gina Little since January 2011. My daughter has been a client of DreamPower Therapeutic Equestrian Center and works with Gina on a weekly basis. In all my dealings with Gina, I have found her to be a caring, nurturing person who has taken the time to understand my daughter and her needs. I have explicit trust in Gina and often let me daughter stay with her for the day, knowing that she will be supervised and well cared for.
